Good Service, Sales Sucks, After doing business with Kayser for the past 20 yrs or so i have to say their service is good when you take your vehicle in for service, however i am sad to say their sales suck. I was looking at a possible trade for my vehicle and i was just checking with them to see what they could do, i do have credit issues. The dealership was Kayser Nissan, (Madison, WI) and our salesman was Clay Luttrell. We requested a quoted online and received a good price. We were impressed with the salesperson and manager. This was a changed from the other area Nissan dealership I contacted for a quote as that dealership quoted a much higher price and didn't seem that interested in earning our business.
