Had a scheduled oil change which didn’t show up on Kayser’s computer. They fit me in. The oil light shows 100% so I’m happy. Staff friendly.
DJ at Kayser was awesome! Quick response to emails on a car, pleasant interactions over the phone and in person. Provided us with the Carfax and other relevant history of the vehicle over email. Everyone we dealt with was kind and polite. The car was clean, and in exactly the condition that was reported online. The dealership interior was very nice, down to the restrooms and waiting room.
