Great buying experience. Miguel did a great job keeping the sales temperature down while being informative, has some humor and straight to the point. And just human. As a sales manager it’s always been important to me to keep the pressure down. And as a high strung individual the last thing I want is to be pressured. Sometimes low and slow is the way to go. I would definitely recommend based on the streamline process, no hassle and the sales tactics.
They always go above and beyond in customer service. Everyone is kind and more than willing to do a last minute check on something you dump in them while checking in (I may have done that today!) during a different service. I drive an extra half hour to go to this dealership for all my services and it’s very worth it!
Andrew was super friendly and very accommodating. They provided plenty of information for an out of state purchase and were great with communication. Would definitely recommend. *review edit* After picking me up from the airport, Andrew went out of his way to give me the Wisconsin hospitality I had hoped for.
