From the moment you walk in they make you feel special. They don't rush you and let you take your time picking out and trying on dresses. They do not push the dresses on you and want you to be 100% sure before choosing on a dress. I would highly recommend Kay's Bridal to all of my friends.
I had a wonderful experience here. The entire staff is so helpful. They only brought me dresses within my budget to try on and there was no pressure whatsoever. After I found my dress, the following appointments for fittings and alterations went just as smoothly as the first one. Everyone is so patient and supportive. My dress was absolutely perfect and I couldn't have felt more beautiful on my wedding day!
