Best in the Southern California area. Our daughter's experience was everything we dreamed for and more!! From our first "just looking" visit (where she found her dream dress) to arranging to ship the dress to another vendor out of state after all the alterations were finished for us, Kay and her team were amazing. Kay assures every dress they sell is steamed and aisle ready at no extra charge. in case you are wondering, that cost us >$200 at the out of state vendor......Kay's is beyond "Gold Standard" in service.

Loved my experience! This was the first place I went to try on dresses and was blown away at the service and selection they had. Amazing prices as well. You have to go to Kay’s!
Our experience was outstanding. Personal attention made it an absolute pleasure. My daughter said yes to the dress! I bought my wedding dress from Kay’s and the experience is always the same, professional and caring. The fact that they do all alterations on premises is a plus. Your dress never leaves the store until your ready for it for your wedding.
