I've been to Kay's before and always enjoyed the food. Tried to have dinner there tonight with my boyfriend and the service was incredibly bad. First the hostess, after seeing us waiting, ignored us and started to take the names of people who came in after us. Then once we were finally seated, no server came over to us. We waited for over 15 minutes as we watched people who had been seated after us being served drinks and have their orders taken.
