Walked in to talk to someone about buying a new boat. Employees saw us but didn’t say anything to us. Stood around for a minute to see if someone would ask us if we needed help.... nope. We walked out. Met the owners at the boat show in Lexington, friendliest people but clearly not their employees. Super uncomfortable.

I apologize for this Merisa. I was in the store today from open to close and our other employees don’t recall anyone leaving the premises without being spoken to. They basically destroyed my boat. Took it to them for a tune up. Ran fine before but I thought well they are a mariner dealership so I’ll get it tuned up for the season. Got it back the boat wouldn’t run and almost sank! Call them, they say we’ll make it right. So I’m thinking great at least I won’t have to pay another $350. Wrong they wanted $350 again. RecommendedHad a new ECM (computer) in stock for my older Johnson PL4 50hp and got it a couple hundred dollars cheaper than anywhere else and got me back on the water in less than a week!
These wonderful people are great!! Thank you for getting my pontoon back on the water!! She is home in her slip now!! I most definitely will use them again for service, repairs or new purchases!! They are a great family company!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
