Kayla is the real deal. She helped me secure a downtown Toronto apartment a few years ago accommodating all our needs while we did the apartment hunt from a different city virtually with her. She’s on top of everything, very patient and understanding, and acts with great urgency to help her clients get what they need and want. This was a few years ago but I’ve since then recommended several friends to her who’ve all resulted in finding their perfect homes. I’d work with and recommend Kayla always!
We loved working with Kayla on finding a condo rental! She’s super quick and clear on her communication, very knowledgeable/ experienced in real estate, super patient in answering all our questions, and was just lovely to deal with all around. We had a great experience working with Kayla both in renting an apartment and buying a house. Kayla is very professional; she strikes a good balance of giving her honest and informed opinion while not trying to push us into any decisions, which made a stressful process much more comfortable. We had a lot of questions and she answered them all - doing research on the side and contacting other agents when necessary. I would be happy to work with her again.
