They ruined my toes!!! And now my toes hurt. She buffed it down to the skin to correct her mistakes. They just gave me discount instead of comping. Very incompetent and she should not haven assigned to do my pedicure! Expensive and incapable to deliver the basics. I do have the right location. My nickname is Holly and I’m in your system. Kayla Nails is the best nail boutique in Los Gatos. It is clean and nicely decorated. The nail tech’s are so kind and welcoming every time I walk in! Paul (the owner) is great and runs an accommodating business. I saw a previous post from an unhappy customer & I wanted to say that I witnessed her so-called bad experience.
