I have been with Lifestance for a couple of years now for various reasons, my kids both have been seen here and loved their counselors just like I have enjoyed mine.
The initial session was far more then I expected! The therapist was down to earth, very compassionate and honest. She also was extremely present and active in listening and giving feedback. I felt heard and seen, which is the kind of experience one hopes to find when going to therapy and positively genuine. Therapist was excellent. I look forward to taking this journey with them.
Kayla is great!! Easy to talk to and I feel better after!
