And just realizing that deep down were all just human beings, and it has shown me that cultural sensitivity is something that is very prominent and needed in medicine and in heath care in general to be able to provide the best care to our patients.

How refreshing to have worked with NP Kayla Hecht. I left feeling confident and at ease. I felt that she really listened to me.
“Wow” is the only expression I have to describe Ms. Hecht’s performance and services, and still I feel that’s an underrated response. Visiting a care provider about health concerns can be nerve racking, but Ms. Hecht ALWAYS puts my nerves and anxiety to rest each time I visit or talk to her by being patient, supportive, and understanding.
