I’ve gone back and forth on my review of this office because I want to be fair. Dr. Kittle herself has been a great provider for me in many ways, and there are a couple of other providers in the office who have also been helpful with referrals, treatment, and addressing concerns during appointments. I was disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance, but when I arrived, the staff did not seem to know why I was there and I had to explain the purpose of my visit. The front desk also misplaced my paperwork, and I had to resend it. During my appointment, I was concerned that my medication allergies were not taken into account when a medication was prescribed.
