I was disappointed with my experience at this office. I scheduled my appointment about a month in advance, but when I arrived, the staff did not seem to know why I was there and I had to explain the purpose of my visit. The front desk also misplaced my paperwork, and I had to resend it. During my appointment, I was concerned that my medication allergies were not taken into account when a medication was prescribed.
