Extremely poor customer service and overall care at this facility. The volume of patients they push through every hour is unreal. There’s no way meaningful care or value is being provided at that pace. It’s obvious the focus is on quantity over quality, patients are rushed in and out all day. The physical therapy reps are clearly overworked and juggling 3–6 patients at the same time, which makes it impossible to get proper, individualized care. totally recommend all the staff are awesome and really helpful that you have to be well asap. i had knee surgery and believe me i passed from crouches to run in q short period of time ones again totally recommended. thx kayal
Their schedule posted in Google Maps says they're open till 8 pm but shortly after 5 pm their automated phone system says they're closed.
Great experience, nice physical therapists and staff! The PT treatment helps me a lot! Though the experience with the doctor is not helpful. The wait can sometimes be long.
