Wonderful professional caring staff!
While I had to wait to see the doctor 1.25 hours after my consultation appointment was scheduled, with no explanation (the reason for four stars instead of five), when I did consult with her, she was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt completely comfortable discussing my condition with her and confident that my treatment would be in good hands with Dr. Shawchuck and her team.
