I’ve been seeing this hairstylist for over a year and she has normally done a great job. I expected this time to be no different. The first photo is what I asked for and she made the highlights “brass blobs” near my scalp. When I requested it to be fixed with toner she wanted to charge me and she berated me for “not know what I wanted” and because what my hair looked like matched the photo provided. You can decide if this looks like a hairstyle you would pay $275 for plus $25 tip for a total of $300.
My wife recently went to this salon for a hair appointment with Kay. , The experience was upsetting to say the least. She came home in tears, and I couldn’t believe how bad her hair looked,bnothing like what she’d showed me earlier in a possible look. The color was completely off, patchy, and just didn’t suit her at all. She had shown the stylist photos... Loved Kay! She gave me a great cut at a very reasonable price. Her studio is very comfortable. Could not recommend her more!
Kay is wonderful. She is personable. And very talented as a hairdresser. She is an amazing colorist. I have been to many salons and they could not cover my grey. Fay is efficient and quick with excellent results
