I visited this store for warranty work on a relatively inexpensive infinity ring for my wife as the ring lost one of its stones. My understanding was the warranty covered the repair at no cost. The store reached out to me with an estimate for repair costs and I told them I would have to discuss with my wife because we weren't expecting to pay anything.
