Came in just looking around and came out finding the ring of my dreams thanks to Curtis he was soooooo helpful and knew exactly what I was looking for. Here after opening and they still haven’t opened the door. The gentleman inside saw me try and open the door. Instead of opening it he walked off. It’s hot and I have things to do. I’m simply trying to pick up an anklet that got repaired. Im not understanding why I’m waiting outside for no reason. I love Kay Jewelers but won’t be shopping at this location
