They couldn't do the design that I wanted originally and I had to pick a new simpler design. Each of my nails came out with a different thickness, my polish was lumpy on both my pinkies and both my thumbs and they didn't do anything to fix my cuticles. I could still see my old nail polish on the finished product. The pumpkins don't even look like pumpkins, everyone thought they looked more like spiders. It's been 3 days and it already looks like I need them refilled. I paid $75.
