I went in to have a custom shirt made. It was not a simple design so it cost me $48 for one shirt and it would be a week before it was ready. I said ok but it cannot take longer than a week or I'm not going to do it. I need it in 9 days. He said no problem. I went in to pick up my order 8 days later and it was not done so I asked for my money back and was told I can only get store credit and only if the owner was there which he wasn't. I will never be lied to and stolen from by this company again.

I couldn't get my daughter her first birthday shirt and Kay Klay went out of his way and made her shirt so she can enjoy her day... This is so amazing it means so much to me he cared about his community and people thank you Kay Klay 💕💕💕

If I could rate my experience as a 0 then I would. A family member gave an embarrassing photo of me to this shop. They printed two shirts and put one in the shop window. My sister had to pay $60 to get both copies. I never gave consent for this photo to be taken let alone plastered on a shirt for the world to see. I am incredibly upset and humiliated. I’m very disgusted that any business would go along with this without consent from the person in the photo.
