I went to the Kay inside Rosedale Mall tonight to inquire about resizing my ring; I was already terribly nervous to ask to go up in size as that can hold harsh judgments, but both Shawna and Bailey at this location were extremely kind and quick to facilitate my worries with a lot of care and knowledge on keeping the integrity of my wedding band and how this process works.
