Fatima M. At this location has assisted me for the past couple of years. She is very helpful and thorough. Recently came in for a service request and she guided me through all my question and warranty plan. My items were sent out and I received follow up emails with the status on my repairs etc. I would recommend anyone to come to this store and see her for all jewelry. It's hard to find people in sales that remember you, this makes it more personable. Great customer service
