The staff is always helpful for regular care and maintenance. Recently, my 15 year old ring needed a lot of repairs and it became a problem. Peggy, the store manager, was incredibly helpful, communicated so well and made the exchange process so easy.
Very disappointed in this establishment. Been to the South Hills Village location and always appreciated their expertise and advice. This Kay’s is closer to me which is why I decided to go there. The attitude of the salesclerk was upset over the customers in the store and was in a hurry and no interest in me.
The two ladies that helped me today were both so helpful and sweet. This Kay’s location is my favorite store to go to.
They made everything right and I am so happy with the service thank you so much !
Kaitlyn was great! She helped us a lot with our wedding bands!
