I can’t say enough about how incredible Tahani was during this experience. I needed to reset my diamonds from my engagement ring and another ring which were extremely sentimental as they were my Nonni's who passed away last week. Just heartbroken at my customer experience at this location. It has been 3 years I have shopped here, for me to post this I am so upset at the way I was treated. I can not say thank you enough for helping with a return. AnaMaria and Chrisalle were beyond amazing we got a full refund, including the gold work. They were so friendly and patience, even when I was confused.
The staff is so kind and welcoming!! Came in to get 2 watches fixed and they were so helpful!
