Herman does an excellent job making sure every customer feels valued and taken care of. I had an issue with a pair of earrings that wouldn’t properly click into place on my wife’s ear. Herman was absolutely spectacular, best customer service I’ve gotten from a jewelry store and I’ll absolutely be back and asking for him!
Herman was amazing! Helped me find a beautiful a piece.m for my chain. Was very friendly and made me feel very welcomed. Ask for him if you come! He also cleaned my old chain for free!
