I went in today 9/2 to see if I could get my Cartier bracelet cleaned and Jake went out of his way to do that for me. He was kind and friendly and I appreciate him so much! Thank you, Jake!

Kelly and Jake were phenomenal today, at The Kay Jewelers in the Wilton Mall at Saratoga. Kelly tried her hand at sizing a watch, you gotta learn somehow! Then she passed the task on to the more experienced, very personable and capable, Jake. It took a couple of tries (it is a huge watch and I have a small wrist!) but he did a great job. Robyn is the sales person who helped me looking for wedding rings. She was very knowledgeable and professional and very welcoming! She phoned other locations in order to find the design that I wanted! Even though the ring didn’t match with my engagement ring, she was still referring me to other options to help me to the end! What a great person to work with at a retail place! Thank you! She is a keeper for sure!!!
