This is NOT the place to come for jewelry repairs if you didn’t purchase from Kay’s. Wanted to charge $55 to repair a damaged link on a $40 piece.
So heart broken bc of this store. my daughters BF went to get a diamond and propose and MARY added it to the wrong profile so all pics and pricing was sent to my daughter . Also Kays has not control over their email system not even corporate can fix this issue. Maybe new slogan should be every disaster starts with KAYS.
