Star LaBrott is absolutely the best. She is very professional and knowledgeable. She greets us by name and is the reason why we return over and over to Kay’s. Kays jewelry is great, but customer service at the one in Tulsa Hills is amazing. We will continue to purchase our jewelry at this store, only.

Really poor service. The lady (excluding her name in respect of her) that removed my watch links provided me with misguiding information on the cost over the phone and overcharges me for the service after the job was done. Other stores are so much cheaper than here. Upon arrival she had a poor attitude. Would not recommend this store.
