Karol is amazing , she is the manager at this location. She has excellent customer service. I am very picky/indecisive and she had patience for me and made it easy for me. She answered all my questions and she gave me information I didn’t know about jewelry. She is very knowledgeable and sweet I highly recommend her.
Karol helped me and fiancée out so much we both picked out engagement rings we both love . She was very helpful , knowledgeable and answered any questions we might have had . Highly recommend this location and definitely have to ask for Karol . Will be coming back here for any of our jewelry needs highly recommend.
I will write a review because Chris absolutely deserves it. I went into their store at the Santa Ana Mall not knowing where to start. I had a few parameters I knew I needed to follow but that was it. They had some many beautiful options. Chris was super patient, very knowledgeable, he worked with me on my budget and helped narrow down the options, highlighted all the extra benefits you get by buying from them. I could have not asked for anything else. I am super happy with the decision. Thank you!
