Very disappointed with KAY Jewelers. On 10/3 we went into the Biloxi location on Eisenhower Dr to purchase an engagement ring we saw online. After looking in store, we decided we liked a different ring, which was more expensive. After talking to the sales associate for about 50 mins and discussing rings, bands, etc., we decided to wait until the following week to come in to get the ring since there would be a 30% sale.
