Terrible customer service. Ordered plain silver necklace, nothing special and after a month and still was not in store. I called a few times to check on it and was given different excuses. Went into store and still not in and was told it was a custom piece and may take up to 6 months. They have same necklace in show case just needed a different size. They blamed it on the vendor. I would give no star but had to give at least one.
