I have insurance on my ring..i tried dropping off first time but lady said I needed my wedding band too. we had to leave. I went back to get it another day and the guy said I didn't need it. I went today to.pick.up and they were already closed way before when it was supposed to close. I was just very disappointed on the inconvenience.
For the past 5 years I’ve been taking my wedding ring to be serviced at the Springfield Mall location. 2 years ago the price went up from $45 to $68. No problem the work was good. 3 weeks ago I go to drop my ring off, the young lady was nice but I felt I was being rushed. Got home, called the manager to make sure there were no issues.
