This location just lost a loyal customer! Thanks to your assistant manager tonight that refused to change a watch battery for a watch that was purchased at this store... warranty that was purchased at this store... and even brought the battery needed because a sales associate said you didn’t have any in stock last week! After several purchases over the years, will now look for another jewelry store!
