My stone fell out within a week so I asked to have it sized at the same time they fixed it. I got it back with the stone replaced but no sizing done. Had it sent right back in and 3 months later I finally get it. I only got my ring back after I demanded a return, magically it was sitting there in the store. RecommendedMy husband,Jim died on March 1,2018. He was buried with his second wedding band because he lost his first wedding band. But later we found it. I’m a member of a veterans group and a lady shared a picture of a pendant made from wedding bands. I took the picture and our rings to Kay’s and their craftsmen design it for me. They did a awesome job for me .
My wedding set was sent for service before the malls shut down. A few weeks ago my husband was notified that it was back and now it's being held hostage since the location isn't open. My husband has emailed the manager Brandon Wills twice and no response. This is unprofessional and irresponsible to say the least.
