I came to get my ring cleaned and I specifically said “deep clean” she gave it back to me and it was still dirty, she didn’t take a brush to it. I told her it was still dirty and I needed it cleaned again, this time she said “oh yea there were white chunks in there so it probably has lotion stuck”. Then you should’ve taken the brush to it the first time as my stone is raised. She gave it back to me and it’s still DIRTY. EXTREMELY FOGGY. I refuse to tell her a third time to do her job correctly. We came in today to get my ring replated with our lifetime warranty that we have used since buying the ring almost 2 years ago. They told us the warranty was not in their system and to go back to the Kay store we purchased the ring from because someone there messed up. Terrible service and we are very upset with the losing of records and warranties we paid for.
My significant other loved his first visit. Every time he has been in since, he gets nothing but attitude and poor customer service. He took one of my rings in today to get clean-which he received attitude about and it came back dirty still.
The staff at this location is amazing. Especially Ashley!
