My girlfriend and I put my dream engagement ring on layaway. We paid almost $3000 in cash on this ring. We decided to take it off of layaway since we got a better deal online. I walked in today to have all three of my diamond rings inspected for the first time since Covid started and was told that I needed to make an appointment for this. Mind you, NO CUSTOMERS were in the store, besides me. I drove an hour back home and I found another Kay that WILL allow me to walk in and have my rings inspected. That is the last time I will step foot in that store again.
been trying to get my ring cleaned and inspected for months. everytime I come in the workers are out at lunch. one time I came in and they were out at lunch at 4:30pm. today myself and 2 other customers walked up right as they started closing the gate and they refused to serve us. like seriously you can't wait 10 or 20 minutes for lunch, to serve customers. they also seem to take crazy long lunches which makes it impossible to get stuff done.
