Cheap product and unprofessional service
RecommendedCherry is awesome! She helped me with getting my ring upgrade last fall. She helped me find exactly what I wanted and gave me time to decide on what was perfect for me. She was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and you will always find her with a smile on her face. I went on her recommendation to get the rings soldered together which was a great idea. I love my ring set. Thank you Cherry!
Worst experience ever.. Been to our stores. In Illinois. Customer service sucks. I have been a customer since 2011. I bought several items well over 3k. Advise rep. I pretty sure I was here 2016 in December to get my jewellery my. Wedding rings bands inspected. Told me. Our system shows. You didn't come at all. Check my paper work was there 2 times.
