Lost a center stone in my wedding ring, dropped it off the 1st week of January, the expected date of return is May. How does it take half a year to find a new stone... Every time I call the staff is extremely unhelpful and just says the same thing "it takes a while". They mess up our account almost every time I go in to get my jewelry cleaned and inspected. 4 days prior to loosing my stone, I was there getting it inspected and cleaned. Anne was an absolute delight. I was there for something small to celebrate self love. However she treated me the same as someone there for something big. Took her time to show me multiple options. I ended up changing my mind after the sale. She helped me exchange the ring and get the set of a different stone. I know i had to be frustrating. She never faltered from excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

I stopped in with a goal to get a new chain for my wife’s necklace, and lacking adequate jewelry knowledge I was a little lost. Thankfully Gina was there. She greeted me with warmth, and I knew I came to the right place. Gina introduced me to a selection of options and helped extensively in my decision. I went in flying blind, and I left with a pep in my step and a gift my wife will love. Thank you Gina. Kay is the jeweler for me.
