They never answer their phones to tell you where your ring (that was supposed to be “rushed” a week and a half ago) is or what the status of it is and you’re getting married in a week and a half! 🙂
They are an overpriced chain that does not respect people, customers, or rights of others.
* PLEASE SHARE * Today my family and I had an encounter with this store associate named Lita at Kay Jewelers in Spotsylvania Mall. There were a total of 3 ladies working there today. As the other two ladies were occupied helping other customers I noticed the associate Lita sitting at the jewelry counter looking at us but hesitant to help. The 2 hour drive was definitely worth it, the customer service was fantastic I can’t wait to see my wedding set ❤️
