I came to get my ring cleaned and I specifically said “deep clean” she gave it back to me and it was still dirty, she didn’t take a brush to it. I told her it was still dirty and I needed it cleaned again, this time she said “oh yea there were white chunks in there so it probably has lotion stuck”. Then you should’ve taken the brush to it the first time as my stone is raised. She gave it back to me and it’s still DIRTY. EXTREMELY FOGGY. I refuse to tell her a third time to do her job correctly.
