My husband got my engagement ring from here November 2017 and we have not had a single good experience with them since. Rude and don’t know how to do their job
This store is filled with liars and cheats. We went to custom order a ring and were promised we would receive the promotion that was going on. Now that the ring is in, they refuse to give us the promotion and have stated that we should have paid more to have it made. We were take care of by managers when we took the order so this is ridiculous. They have offered to take $100 off of the total, but the promotion was worth more than $450. AWFUL STORE AND SERVICE!!!! Never the same staff!! Always rude!!! I would so love for a manager to call me! I'd rather drive 3 hours to Little Rock than go to this store!
I had to send my husband's watch off to be fixed and even though it took a bit for it to be sent back to the store, which concerned me at first. I couldn't be more please with the customer service I received. The young manager was more than helpful with all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely return for future repairs and purchases.
I work in sales and customer service so I'm usually more understanding about some things. But I've never had a worse experience with a purchase and customer service like I have had with Kay's Jewelers. It's not just the location I used either because I've talked with customer care as well. A few grand may not be a lot to a jeweler but to the average person that is a lot. Normally I buy all my jewelry from Kays. Today it took over an hour to get a watch sized. Not only did it take well over an hour but the watch I brought in was ruined and they wanted to give it back to me in pieces. No thank you! I brought in a brand new watch I'm walking out with a brand new one. They did replace the watch but in the mean time many many people were waiting to be helped and no one was taking care of them. Kays lost my business today.
