Kay Jewelers Kay jewelers has terrible service staff. They expect you to know everything there is to know about jewelry. They do not take the time to help you out at all.
Amazing customer service!
Very disappointed with the quality of repair. My prong was broken and when taking diamond out the jeweler chipped my stone and now I am being told they can't find same quality stone to replace. Kay's has had my ring for just about 6 weeks.
Joe is a wonderful salesman and so friendly!!! So helpful with helping create a custom wedding band!
I brought in a very old, tarnished pendant that belonged to my partners grandfather, to have a chain put on it as a gift so he could wear it. I was helped by a very sweet, very helpful young lady named Annie. I was amazed by the care and commitment she and her manager shown to me, not only with selling me a chain - they also cleaned the pendant free of charge, assisted me in having a bale put on the pendant and she helped me pick out the prefect chain and put it in a beautiful box!
