Their staff is very friendly and professional. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Yes, they seemed very qualified Does this provider use current and safe equipment? Yes Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music

Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately Was this provider late to your appointments? Sometimes, it was a little frustrating

I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate.
