Patient Negligence. When you have multiple concerns he only adheres to one. Staff is very rude and unwilling to assist.
I have been seeing Dr. Kay since I was in second grade (I’m a senior in college now) and compared to any other doctor I have seen he is very understanding. He, as well as his assistant, Bambi, explain everything they are going to do especially if you are nervous. They are very flexible with getting you in when needed (I go to school in another state so last minute appointments happen often) and they make sure he has the time for you. I highly recommend him.
So great experience. His dedication and professionalism is really appreciated. I recommend Dr. Kay to all my friends.
