get different staff you always had to call them with your blood work ask a question they took forever to call you back

My mom was treated by Dr Kay for a painful ischemia of the finger condition or dying finger and prescribed hydrocodone with acetaminophen - the acetaminophen in the liquid formula was burning her throat and the doctor refused to switch her to oxycodone because his clinic does not prescribe that - interesting enough that is the same drug schedule for both medicines. I have been a patient of Dr. Randy for more than 20 years. He always knows how to elicit the truth. I trust him 100% with my health.
I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment, which was a big mistake because it was 15 minutes before the lunch hour was over, so the doors were locked. Patients are obviously not welcome here, there was even an elderly couple that had to go back and wait in their car, it was about 35 degrees outside. I'm sorry I came here, what a waste of time because I won't be back
A great Dr. He is so kind and straight on. Tells you the truth, and is great.
