The only recommendation I have is for better bathroom ventilation or air freshner/cleaning products. There were plenty of people cleaning the bathrooms but based on the smell one wouldn't think so. They were clean but walking in you wouldn't think so.

Security at doors to get into volleyball (specifically exit doors) event rude and on power trip. Need to learn how to talk to people. Great facility, great parking and gteat food. Bathrooms were spotless the whole time.

First time at Fan Expo and I had a fun time but most of the staff had no clue what they were doing. I asked where to register for photo ops (again, first time) and this one staff directed me to go in this line, so I did. About 30 minutes to the front, they told me that this wasn't the line to do it -_-

I had a great time at the convention center for the fan expo. I always have a great time each time I go. My only complaint is there are never enough outlet plus. Lol other than that, I love just walking around and looking.

This was my first and probably be my last. The staff was rude and made sure they got their pictures before we did. Let me just say, my time in my car was better than being there. Your staff sucked... both the convention center and the staff that worked the show. They either new nothing or refused to tell you what was going on. My husband works for a convention center and THAT WOULD NOT HAVE EVER HAPPENED! i will be happy to make sure everyone knows how awful it is and stay away!

First time to this fan expo, drove from Castroville Texas to see the two famous stars from walking dead. Saved my money so I can get there autograph session and photo session. Waited in line three hours . had to get a dam ticket and they only stayed there for three hours. Very disappointed in the staff and not showing us where to go and where to stand. Very disappointed in the two famous actors knowing we were all there to see them and still took off without signing or doing the photo opts. I was surprise that Stan Lee staye... read more

I completely agree with the other poor reviews. The kids and I enjoyed seeing our favorite actors in person, but not being able to meet and greet for photos/autographs due to poor management was a huge disappointment. **Thank goodness for the Halo simulator and their staff. It was a huge hit with my Halo fans and they were so knowledgeable and friendly. **
