Had a great time attending our Mary Kay Seminar 2019. It was my first time in the new hall. It was gorgeous. What an exceptional job the staff did with making it dazzle and sparkle . Also the bathrooms were kept so much neater and it’s helped to see attendants offering assistance.
Better be in good physical shape when you get there or that place is gonna kill you. Walk for miles from car to entrance, than walk for miles after you get inside. But I guess it’s worth it. The place is extremely clean and well staffed.

Great venue, not a bad seat in the arena.
I did not like the limited food choices provided by the venders. Each vender had basically the same thing. It was so noisy in there. Hard to talk to each other and be heard. The lighting was awesome, just not enough noise control. Security should be available to control unruly groups. There was pushing and shoving. It was playful, but I almost got knocked down. competition size events are awesome here. plenty of room, helpful staff, and plenty of security
Good space with easy access from i35.
We’ve been here the last 3 years for NCA and every time the venue is clean, and well cared for!
