Had a Great Time at the Fan Expo 2019 ... got to meet many celebrities and pro Cosplay... it was Amazing as always !!! Can’t wait for next year !!!
Easy access, lots of space
Beautiful Facility. Our Club will use it again next year.
They chose to put my nice peaceful conference called Pinners next to loudest screaming group possible. There wasn’t even a real wall between the groups. We couldn’t hear people standing next to us. A ton of people left early.
Parking sucks and too expensive..
The parking is HORRIBLE!!! There’s a huge garage right there that’s in dire need, and could be a revenue generator during these huge events, but it sits empty and with a fence around it - WHY?! . And the outlying lots are not only dark and dangerous, they are one big muddy pothole that becomes thousands of rivers during a rain storm. Dallas Mayor and City Council shd step down. Embarrassing. 😡 The food was ok but VERY overpriced - especially when they can’t sell COLD drinks - they seemed surprised that they wd have thousand... read more

Old, outdated, filthy bathrooms, terrible parking options, and concessions are pathetic!
