I own a Altoz TRX 766. The voltage regulator failed and caught the fuel lines on fire. The machine burned to the ground. Kawasaki issued a recall stop use on all brands with a paticular part number voltage regulator. That machine was part of the recall. Kawasaki will not do the right thing and replace the machine. Do not purchase any Kawasaki products.
Absolute worst warranty policy out there. With a brand new machine with only 12 hours it started giving me problems. I took it in for warranty work and was told afterwards that Kawasaki would not cover a bad carburetor or the labor coast after only 12 hours of runtime. Unreal

I was going to give three stars because I didn't want to be too harsh. But after reading some of the other reviews and hearing the same problems, I changed my mind. I have several mowers with Kawasaki engines. I currently have two which are still under warranty. Both of which are primary mowers for my company. One of them is having an issue with the carburetor and I've been trying to get in touch with Kawasaki to have this issue rectified. I've had zero response from Kawasaki in almost 2 weeks now.
