When u ship a skid stop gluing all the boxes together i spend more time fighting to get the boxes unstuck from each other than i do stocking a shelf just plastic wrap the living dog water out of the skid shouldn’t have to fight to get one box unstuck from 3 others
I have a ikon 60" zero turn with 23hp kawasaki engine. I've got 240 hrs on it in less than 2 years and the throttle spring broke. Never in all my years of mowing I've never had that happen. After 4 weeks on order I still don't have it
I own a Altoz TRX 766. The voltage regulator failed and caught the fuel lines on fire. The machine burned to the ground. Kawasaki issued a recall stop use on all brands with a paticular part number voltage regulator. That machine was part of the recall. Kawasaki will not do the right thing and replace the machine. Do not purchase any Kawasaki products.
Absolute worst warranty policy out there. With a brand new machine with only 12 hours it started giving me problems. I took it in for warranty work and was told afterwards that Kawasaki would not cover a bad carburetor or the labor coast after only 12 hours of runtime. Unreal
