UPDATE- Under management company now since 2023 and property maintenance orders/office/management and sense of community and such has very MUCH gone down hill. No longer much social interactions as a community with committees. Been deaths and turn overs. Still some great folks + Board- but ppl are more fried by the foolishness and AWFUL communication of this Mgmt company. Now 2 star not 4 sadly. Lived here just under 20 years and have enjoyed meeting many folks and having safe and affordable housing. The units are well maintained and a good size. There are some inter-personal issues but most can be handled if folks are reasonable and responsible for their actions and that of kids or guests. The local socio-economic issues like mental health, heavier drugs and low income hasn't made it unsafe. We are near 2 very busy roads and thus kids and pets need to be monitored closely.
