Lived here just under 20 years and have enjoyed meeting many folks and having safe and affordable housing. The units are well maintained and a good size. There are some inter-personal issues but most can be handled if folks are reasonable and responsible for their actions and that of kids or guests. The local socio-economic issues like mental health, heavier drugs and low income hasn't made it unsafe. We are near 2 very busy roads and thus kids and pets need to be monitored closely. It's an amazing place to live. Theres many people who are great and very happy to help you with anything. We have some whom are very nosey and always start problems and will make stories about you. There is a playground for kids but would recommend supervising them as theres 2kids in particular whom like to create problems and there parents will do nothing about it. It's a great place if you stick to your self. Many drug addicts. I moved due to finding crystal meth pipes and needles where my children caught the bus to school
