Very good service for my parents dog that passed on the weekend - gave a quote on the phone for creamation, and I expected them to have extra costs in person, but everything we needed was included, so it was very nice not to have any surprises in a time of loss. Staff were very nice, I'd highly recommend going if you need your pet seen if your normal vet is closed.
It's a triage center so be prepared to wait if your pet doesn't have a serious issue. I waited 8 hrs when my dog had diarrhea and wouldn't eat, but they fixed him up on the one visit.

Could not be any more grateful for the entire staff for seeing to my elderly cat today. Euthanasia is never easy, but the everyone did everything they could to help him find rest in a gentle and unrushed manner. Glad to know KVEC is a short drive away in case of emergencies.
