Apparently not, there were only two of us waiting in the clinic one treated and left leaving us with the impression that we were next since we were now the only ones there…nope, still wasn’t called in to see a vet. I had to bring ny dog here when jy usual vet turned us away, despite having seen her the evening before. Kawartha Emergency vet was amazing, did not order unnecessary tests, but communicated what they thought was priority. Dr Lindsay Prior was kind, honest and caring. You can tell she loves animals and wants to see them be well. Staff Totally lacks professionalism and seems to be operated very childish while when we called in before to bring our dog with swollen neck the receptionist told us immediately oh that's OK!!! We will let him in no problem by every hour went buy they even got huge pizza dinner delivered and there was person who was with less emergency got moved right in front of us which was totally unfair and not very well organized at all!! Frist time there. Very friendly staff and doctor. They are very passion about you and your fur baby. They really help us out. Also, They are accessible. Highly recommend them 10/10
