Then sent us back to waiting room to wait and wait. When I asked if they new how much longer I was told there is 2 ahead of you. Fun the lady beside me was told the same. Very early this morning I came in with my mom, scared about my beloved cat BabyGirls health and knowing that we probably were going to have to say goodbye to her. There was a receptionist this morning I believe her name was Theresa? She was so incredibly supportive and patient with me and my family before we had to let BabyGirl go. She even made us laugh in a stressful and emotional situation. She was very understanding and accommodating as well as the other vets and doctors who helped us. David and Sophia were top notch. We had to wait awhile to be seen because of more critical traumas arriving. The staff were accommodating and were honest about informing us about the delays.
It has taken me almost two months to muster the strength to write this review. Our best friend, Remy, was having challenges for a month that were being monitored by our local vet. One day we came home and could tell things weren't right and called up KVEC to ask if we could bring him to get checked out. While the initial wait was long, we could tell the team were doing their best to triage animals based on severity.
