I had a out of body whole body pain as I am 70 with or had a 1.4cm stone sitting for 9 months swollen left kidney and very inflamed with firbromylgia Dr. Weir dissmissed his medication for my bridge back to proper healing I would be classed as higher maintenance knowing my history to pain tolerance and needing to figure out what is surgical pain and where fibro starts is a whole other ball game I am currently being handled by g.p. for my needs

I completely missed my appointment and actually had no recollection of it. My phone rang at the appointment time and it was Dr Hassan. He said he noticed I didn’t come for the appointment and asked if I still needed to see him. We needed up having a phone appointment. First doctor to diagnose my condition after countless doctors and appointments over a twelve year period. I had given up. I am not one to complain, but something needs to be said. This is a very busy office (so they keep telling us), but also a very poor excuse to be rude to people. I am a vulnerable cancer patient and in my 57 years, I have never encountered such a rude and dismissive medical administrative assistant. I contacted Kawartha Urology to follow up on an old referral that I requested them to place on hold while I recovered from extensive cancer-related surgery and treatment.
