Poor. Can't tell you about the product as you first have to receive a service. Booked an appointment on June 30, 2025 for Monday, July 7 between 12-4 pm. Mid-afternoon on the 7th at 14:04 hrs I called to confirm 12-4 as I needed to step out for 20 min. Confirmed, still on. Stepped out for 10 minutes and came right back. Checked security cameras and Kawartha Pest Control hadn't showed while out. Phew, didn't miss them. 16:24 hrs I place another call as contractor still hadn't showed. We have been using Kawartha Pest control for 8 years. Our original issue was a wall full of Carpenter Ants. We had Kyle come that year and pretty much every year after that for prevention and maintenance. We value his expertise and his attention to detail each time he comes! We have not had any problems since we started with Kawartha Pest Control Highly recommend !
So good with setting up appt, coming in and zippitudoodah, done, pest free as they described would happen!
