Attentive service by Dr. Fenton and Sarah resulted in a very easy extraction. I recommend this clinic for its professional delivery of dental care.
I had four teeth removed this week, I was very nervous but the nurses put me at ease, explaining what was happening and before I knew it I was awake and procedure was done. In the recovery room, the nurse explained what to do at home, Dr. Kimberly came and said everything went well. The next morning i received a call from them to see if I was ok and if I had any questions and to call them if any problems came up. What I was dreading as a painful experience was not the case. I would fully recommend checking out another surgeon if getting an extraction done. Even if you have to make the trip out of town I would fully recommend doing so. Very unprofessional and make you feel like a burden. The lack of aftercare knowledge was pretty absurd as well, had to do all the research myself. I was given a syringe thats it, no gauze or anything along those lines had to make my driver stop on the way home. Was reffered here but due to an emergency was unable to make my appointment. I called and canceled as you do. This apparently wasn't good enough for them as now they refuse to see me even though my teeth are shattered and I'm suffering. These people just want your money they don't actually care if you are OK. They told my dentist that they would not see me due to the fact I called and canceled that appointment IN 2016!!!! ALMOST A DECADE AGO!!!!
Really good experience getting my wisdom teeth removed at this office. Easy to book an appointment with friendly receptionists. Doctor was clear and the assistants put me at ease for the procedure.
