Had a abscess that had fully calcified and three teeth that needed extracting from the root. The pain was unbearable. And this dentist came from her work location to see me at the hospital. I was beyond frustrated stuck in hospitals from 5am to 5pm and I'm a difficult patient. being a array of medications like blood thinners and not only was there no complications and was out same day as the procedure was done but. They took my concerned call and rebooked to see me and accommadated me because it was hard to get a ride from a... read more

Its about time I left a review! In past years I have had extractions from Dr.Jokay and Dr.Fenton. I was always treated very well, they did an excellent job with no complications. All around excellent work and care. Reception has always been great to me too. The whole office is wonderful, but who I am really here to talk about is Dr. Hawrylyshyn! The surgeons and assistants were lovely, I had no issue with them whatsoever. I did however, have multiple issues with the young lady at the front desk. My surgery was the removal of all four wisdom teeth, and after being put through insurance, we were short $460.00. My dad (who was the one paying) explained that we simply do not have enough to cover the rest... read more

Pretty poor experience here. We saw Dr Jokay for a consultation appointment. He was a bit rough with his hands, insisting "it's just my finger, it doesn't hurt" to a patient with an oral infection as he presses on the area. Proceeded to book for excessive sedation, which comes with and an appointment that is more than three months in the future for a patient with oral issues causing a quality of life of 1/10. An appointment with an appropriate level of sedation would have been in two weeks. Doctor refused to budge on decisio... read more

Booked an appointment, was told direct billing would be used. Got to appointment and they now don't do direct billing, then they wanted $150 cancelation for their screw up. Go elsewhere
